House Returns Policy

You are entitled to choose a refund OR exchange if products you have purchased from House are:

  • faulty;
  • unfit for the product’s intended purpose;
  • significantly different to those shown or described to you.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange you must provide proof of purchase.
If you do not provide proof of purchase, we may offer you an exchange (or a refund at the store manager or store owner’s discretion only.)

If you change your mind . . .

In addition to your statutory rights, we will exchange the item purchased it:

  1. The item is returned within 3 months of purchase date AND
  2. A proof of purchase is presented AND
  3. The item has not been used, is in original condition and in the same packaging that it was sold in.

We will issue a refund for the item purchased if:

  1. The item is returned within 7 days AND
  2. A register receipt is presented AND
  3. The item has not been used, is in original condition and in the same packaging that it was sold in.
