The VIP Rewards member pricing is exclusive to House VIP Rewards loyalty members only. If you would like to access the member pricing, please create an online account to become a VIP Rewards member. We'll also load your account with 100 points and every 500 points you'll receive a $20 voucher that can be used on your purchase.

What is VIP member pricing?

VIP Member pricing is an exclusive discount on select products for our House VIP Reward loyalty members. The exclusive discount is available online through our website or in-store at your local House store.

Who is eligible for VIP member pricing?

The special VIP member pricing is exclusive to our House VIP Rewards loyalty members who have an online account. To be eligible, create an online House account through our website and sign up to become a VIP Rewards member. Alternatively, go into your local House store and sign-up as a VIP Rewards member to access in-store VIP member pricing. Please note, you will need an active online account and signed up to VIP Rewards via our website to access VIP member pricing online.

I already have an online account, will I be able to access the VIP member pricing online?

If you have created an online account prior to September 2024 and have not signed up for the VIP Rewards loyalty program, you will not be able to receive the special member price discount. To be eligible for the VIP Rewards member price, simply log into your account and click/tap “Join Now” on the dashboard banner. By doing this. you’ll be added to the House VIP Rewards loyalty program and then become eligible to access the VIP member price discount via coupon code.

Can non House VIP Rewards loyalty members receive VIP member pricing?

Unfortunately no. Regular non VIP Rewards loyalty customers cannot access the special member price discount online or in-store.

Are all products available for VIP member pricing?

No. The VIP member pricing discount is available on select products online and in-store. All eligible products can be found in the current collection - VIP Rewards Members.

How do I access the VIP Rewards member pricing online or in-store?

For online, you can access the VIP Rewards member price on products that display the member price label. Any product that has the member price label displayed is eligible for the special discount. You can also shop the current collection. For our in-store shoppers, the VIP Rewards member price will be reflected on special tickets on products that are eligible. Simply take your item to the counter and our friendly staff will apply the discount, if you are a current VIP Rewards member.

How does the VIP Rewards member pricing work for online and in-store?

When purchasing online, products that are eligible for VIP Rewards member pricing will be displayed with a member price label. Within that same label will be a coupon code. Simply copy the coupon code, add your items to cart, proceed to checkout and apply the coupon at checkout to receive your member price. Please note, if you are not a VIP Rewards member, the coupon code will be removed as soon as you enter your email address at checkout. For our in-store shoppers, the VIP Rewards member price will be reflected on special tickets on products that are eligible. Simply take your item to the counter and our friendly staff will apply the discount, if you are a current VIP Rewards member.

Will the VIP Rewards member price work online if I have already signed up for the VIP Rewards loyalty program in-store?

The VIP Rewards member price discount will work online if you have also created an online account. If you have already signed up for the House VIP Rewards loyalty at your local store but have not created an online account, the VIP Rewards member price will not work at checkout.

The VIP Rewards member price coupon is not working at checkout, why?

If you have tried to apply the coupon code at checkout and the VIP Rewards member price is not being applied, double check the following: 1. That you have created an online account and signed up as a VIP Rewards loyalty member AND 2. You are using the coupon code on eligible products. If the coupon code is still not working after meeting all of the above requirements, please contact our support.
