Product Delivery Costs:

We provide free shipping on any order over $89.

For each order below $89, a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping will be charged no matter where you are located in Australia.

Product Delivery Times:

We have a dedicated distribution centre located in metropolitan Melbourne where all online orders are dispatched from.

We aim to dispatch orders within the next business day of an order being placed. During busy sale or promotional periods and other special events, there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

The estimated times of delivery to your location will vary based on your location around Australia. Typical delivery times are as follows:

  • Locations within certain major city centres such as Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane can take 2 to 3 business days
  • Locations outside these city centres could be slightly longer from 2 to 5 business days
  • Remote, rural locations can take between 5 to 7 business days

We dispatch all orders using the Australia Post eParcel Service. Please visit Australia Post to estimate delivery time to your location.

There are certain product types which may take approximately 5 to 10 business days because they are dispatched from different locations around Australia. These products include:

  • Rugs
  • Outdoor Furniture
  • Luggage & select range of backpacks
  • Mattresses
  • Urbipod

We do not ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for these products.

Gift Card Delivery Costs and Times:

There are two delivery methods available for physical gift cards:

  • Express Post: estimated delivery within 1-3 business days to all capital cities at a cost of $4.40 per order.

If your order includes other products or non-gift card items, you will not be eligible for Express Post delivery.

  • Regular Australia Post: estimated delivery within 2 - 7 business days (depending on location) at no cost.

House Gift Cards are not eligible for refund or exchange or available for click & collect.

Pick Up Options – Click and Collect:

The click and collect offer allows you to buy online and pick up an item in a store.

Currently, the click and collect offer only allows you to buy online and arrange a pick up when the item you are purchasing, is in stock at your selected store.

This means an item can be shown as being in stock but once you select a store, it may say it’s not available for click and collect.

The simplest way to see if a product of interest is available for click and collect is to go to the top of this page where it says, “My Store: Select for click and collect” and select a store near you. See Figure 1 below if you are on a laptop/desktop computer.

In the example below, you can see what displays once a store has been selected (see Figure 3).

If the product of interest is available for click and collect (as shown in Figure 3), you will have the click and collect option available to select in the checkout.

Below is an example of what happens when a product is not available for click and collect once a store has been selected. These items can still be delivered to your home.

Once you complete your click and collect order, a store employee will personally make contact to notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

Click and Collect pick up in store steps:

Orders can often be ready same day, but you will be contacted by store employees to verify when the order is available for pick up.

If after seven days the order is not picked up, our team will make contact to confirm a pick-up time.

If you have not arranged an extension (after the seven-day period) your Order may be cancelled. If we have to cancel your Order, we will refund the amount, using the same payment method.

The person named on the Order confirmation email collects the Order.

When picking up your order please bring a physical or digital copy of the Order confirmation email.

You will also be required to show a form of photo identification (such as a current driver’s license, passport or proof of age card).

If a different person is picking up the Order, they must present a copy of the Order confirmation email and their photo identification. The store employee will contact the person named on the Order confirmation email to authorise the release of the Order to that individual.

The person collecting the Order will be required to produce their signature as evidence they collected the Order.
