A Santoku knife is a type of knife that originated in Japan. The full name, Santoku Bocho, is Japanese for “Three Virtues,” which refers to the three main purposes of the knife (slicing, dicing, and mincing). Santoku knives, with their long and sharp blades, are great for those purposes. We offer Santoku knives made out of several different materials, including ceramic and stainless steel. Each one will work great on your general kitchen slicing and dicing, so you should add one or two to your kitchen! You will love the culinary doors opened up when you have a Santoku knife.
