Krosno Glassworks was established in 1923 in the picturesque town of Krosno, Southern Poland. The original glass blowers came from small factories in the region, which has an unbroken history of over one thousand years of handmade glass production. The contemporary design and manufacture of Krosno today represents the modern link with the skill and craftsmanship that has been handed down, virtually unchanged.

  • For all orders with a total transaction amount over $89 standard shipping is free
  • For all orders with a total transaction amount under $89 standard shipping is $10
  • All gift cards ship for free. If Express Post is chosen, the shipping cost is $4.40 inc gst
  • * Please note that Express Post cannot be chosen if there are products in an order with a gift card. This is for gift card purchases only.
Dispatch
  • Items are generally dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse the business day following an order. Guaranteed next day delivery not applicable during promotional periods.
  • Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre, an email will be sent with your parcel tracking number and a link which you can click to check the status of your delivery.
Undeliverable Parcels
  • All Australia Post e-Parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If delivery of a parcel cannot be made the driver will leave a delivery card at the nominated delivery address. If this occurs an email will also be sent to notify you of the attempted delivery and the location of the parcel, once it has been redirected to the nearest Australia post office for your collection.
  • To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo ID, and parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local post office. If an undelivered parcel is not collected within 5 business days, it will be returned to us and you will be notified by email.
