Delivery Options – Click and Collect:

We're excited to announce that Click & Collect is now available for all stores. Please allow 1-2 business days before collection. Our friendly expert staff will contact you when your order is ready. They will have your order packed and ready to pick-up.

How it Works?

  1. Browse - Our selection of thousands of products to suit your needs.
  2. Add to cart - Add your items to your cart, and continue to the checkout.
  3. Select a store - Select the nearest available store within 5km from your home.
  4. Choose Pick Up - Choose 'Pick Up' for you delivery method
  5. Payment - you can pay for your order with a variety of methods including Afterpay, Openpay and Paypal
  6. Collection - when your order is ready we'll call you to arrange a collection time and give you further information about how to collect your order.

Store collections hours vary by store, and your chosen store will contact you to arrange a collection time with you.

PRODUCT DELIVERY COSTS

We provide free standard shipping on order over $89.

For each order below $89, a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping will be charged no matter where you are located in Australia.

A flat rate of $13.95 for express shipping will be charged*

*Please note express shipping is not available in all postcodes of Australia. Please refer here for the list of exclusions.

Our warehouse is open and shipping orders daily Monday to Friday. You can purchase in confidence knowing that your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of placing your order. GIFT CARD DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES:

All physical gift cards will be sent via Express Shipping and will incur an additional cost of $4.40 per order.

All e- gift vouchers will be sent via email at no charge.

House Gift Cards are not eligible for refund or exchange or available for click & collect.

Tracking Your Parcel

Additional security checks are currently being imposed for all interstate parcels at Australian borders. As a result of this, updates to your parcel’s tracking information may take a little longer to come through. Your patience and support during this time is greatly appreciated.

We're excited to announce that Same Day Delivery is now available to the following post codes across the Melbourne metropolitan area below:

3024,3027,3029,3030,3106,3108,3109,3111,3113,3114,3125,3127,3128,3129,3130,3131,3132,3133,3134,3135,3150,3151,3152

Customers can place an order online at house.com.au, select ‘Same Day Delivery’ at the checkout and have the order delivered to their door within the same day when the order is completed before 12pm AEST. If ordered after 12pm AEST, we will deliver the order the following day between 2 – 5pm AEST.

  3. Select ‘Delivery’ at checkout and check if your order is eligible for Same Day Delivery by entering your post code in the Freight Estimate field below.
  4. Payment - you can pay for your order with a variety of methods including Afterpay, Openpay and Paypal
  5. Once your order is completed, you will receive a mobile and email notification from our Same Day Delivery partner with your delivery time and details.
  6. You can update delivery day/ time or add a delivery note using the link provided by our delivery partner

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

You must be at your delivery location to receive the order. Failing to do so can result in an order cancellation. In cases where a customer is unavailable to accept the delivery, the driver may contact you to leave the order somewhere safe.
